All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and have a clean bill of health. We will also ask for proof of vaccinations. Please contact us for specific requirements.

Our trained staff members provide round-the-clock care and supervision. We ensure that dogs receive regular meals, exercise, and playtime in a secure and clean environment.

Yes, you're encouraged to bring your dog's familiar items to help them feel more comfortable during their stay. Please label all belongings with your dog's name. We won't be responsible for loss of any belonging which is not labelled.

We offer a balanced diet for dogs, but if your dog has specific dietary requirements or preferences, you're welcome to bring their own food. Please label the food container with your dog's name and feeding instructions.

Dogs in our care are unleashed throughout the day for ample amount of walk , exercise and socialization with other dogs. They only go to their respective kennels during sleeping hours.

We have a protocol in place for medical emergencies, and we can attend to special needs dogs as per your instructions. Please provide us with detailed information about your dog's medical history and requirements.
