Can I bring my dog's favorite toys and bedding?

Yes, you're encouraged to bring your dog's familiar items to help them feel more comfortable during their stay. Please label all belongings with your dog's name. We won't be responsible for loss of any belonging which is not labelled.
What type of food do you provide, and can I bring my dog's own food?

We offer a balanced diet for dogs, but if your dog has specific dietary requirements or preferences, you're welcome to bring their own food. Please label the food container with your dog's name and feeding instructions.
How often will my dog be taken for walks and exercise?

Dogs in our care are unleashed throughout the day for ample amount of walk , exercise and socialization with other dogs. They only go to their respective kennels during sleeping hours.
How do you handle medical emergencies or special needs dogs?

We have a protocol in place for medical emergencies, and we can attend to special needs dogs as per your instructions. Please provide us with detailed information about your dog's medical history and requirements.
What are your check-in and check-out times, and what is your cancellation policy?

Check-in/check-out times : Mon-Fri - 7:00 am/6:00 pm ; Sat-Sun - 8:00 am /5:00 pm Our cancellation policy also depends on the specific booking, so please inquire when you make a reservation.
How do I make a reservation for my dog's stay?
